ZenLife has changed my life. Through all the different classes and modalities offered I have been able to take back my life and my body. The authenticity of ever person I encounter at the studio is palpable. I have gained lifelong tools to get through any hard time that may present itself in the future. I will continue to shout this studio's praises from the rooftops ❤️

Having moved to QC recently from California, I was happy to find the flexible 39.00 "pass" for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. This is a great place with positive and kind vibes. Everyone is very nice and not pushy. I intend to go back when things settle down for me...Melissa is awesome! This is a review I wrote for another place...just as food for thought regarding REAL BEGINNERS: Here's the thing...when I'm starting out from having some personal trauma and being out of shape to trying, making an effort, and moving to the area recently, I'd like to think people care and are a little more patient at these establishements. When I saw "Beginner", I was hopeful and excited ...but then...they don't really mean that. It's more INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED. My first class was recommended for the Journey 60 class. And this was hard for me- the instructor was too fast.. Sorry I'm not there yet, but I tried and got through it. Maybe we're supposed to Google the terms they use before going to this "Beginner to...Or all levels" because there I was, putting my best effort in, sweating like a horse and I had no idea what the terms or positions were. I'm trying to pay attention and then also looking around to see if I was close to what was supposed to be done. So of course, I wasn't doing most things correctly as a completely-new-to-yoga person and then I'm wondering if I'm injuring myself from me looking around while most people appear to be pros and know what they're doing. I felt stupid to say the least and will probably not go back. I'll try to find another place that offers classes for REAL BEGINNERS.

Zen life is my favorite yoga studio on the planet. They have the most knowledgeable teachers & healing offerings. My life (and my family/kids lives) are better because of Zenlife. I absolutely loved my Tibetan Bowl/Reiki session.

This is my safe space, never judged, never feeling negative energy here. Every teacher is amazing! I am biased to Monday morning classes with Lara and Kelly but also highly recommend moonlight restorative with Nancy!

Kristina is a great instructor. I love all of the different forms of healing that is offered here. I have only experienced the yoga class but I'm looking forward to going to Shamanic Breathing classes. Great vibes here! Love the energy that this place resonates.
